Engagements

[ DEFINED SCOPE ]

The Fix

A defined-scope engagement that takes the diagnostic findings and delivers the solution. I design the architecture, direct the execution, and remain embedded until the outcome is achieved.

What it delivers

Execution and measurable results, delivered.

Workflows

Redesigned around the actual constraint, not the stated problem.

Digital products

Designed, built and shipped, with architecture someone can own.

System changes

Implemented, adopted and running, not left at a recommendation.

96KUsers across 17 government sites in 14 weeks, ahead of schedule, under budget, with no deployment failures.
60%Timeline reduction, consistently across projects.
25%Of projected budget, delivered consistently.
01

[ DESIGN ]

Design the architecture

Built from what the diagnostic found.

02

[ EXECUTE ]

Lead the execution

From plan to production.

03

[ EMBED ]

Stay embedded

Until the outcome is achieved.

04

[ MEASURE ]

Results

Results are the measure.

When to use it

  • After the Intervention, when you want the findings implemented
  • When a previous initiative stalled and needs a different approach
  • When you have a diagnosis and need senior direction on the fix

How it works

Scope is defined by what the diagnostic found, not by an estimate made before the work started. If teams need to be assembled, I build and lead them. If teams are in place, I work alongside them. Either way, I stay in the engagement until the outcome is achieved.

FAQ

Can we go straight to The Fix without the Intervention?

Occasionally. If the diagnosis is already solid and validated, we can scope directly. Usually it is faster and cheaper to start with the Intervention.

Do you bring your own team?

When needed. I can assemble and direct a team, work with yours, or a combination.

How is it priced?

Every engagement is fixed scope and quoted after a 30-minute conversation.
